September 14-18

This week (before BREAK!), we will finish the Vision of the Future writing assignment, the book, and the propaganda poster.

  • Thursday 9/17: Quiz 4 for New Frontier Parallel Novel (more cumulative and reflective, a summative assessment)
  • Friday 9/18: Propaganda Poster Mini-Project due at end of class and 2-page Vision of the Future essay due to your shared folder on Google Drive.com by 6pm
  • Friday 9/18: Propaganda Poster Mini-Project due at end of class  

Postponed timeline for Boys Next Door extra credit (to give more time to read the play after completing the new frontier novels and to account for fall break, we have decided to postpone the Boys Next Door work by one week):
  • Tuesday 9/29: After school extra help session (optional but come prepared to discuss having already read the play)
  • Monday 10/5: Dialectical journals due to turnitin.com by 10pm
  • Wednesday 10/7: Extra credit assessment in the lab
