Thursday in the lab – you have two goals:
- Find four articles that help you learn more about your topic and draft a more compelling argument about the issue.
- Remember to search directly at the websites for news organizations -- New York Times, ABC News, Fox News, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, NPR, PBS, etc.
- Follow the "kiss a lot of frogs" rule -- look at a lot of articles in order to find the one that helps you best argue your point.
- Remember that the point of research is to LEARN, not to verify. If your article does not inform you of a new idea, then you need to find another article.
- Start looking at this page to find your choice short stories (2) and poems (3)
